We agreed on 1:30pm and confirmed 1:30 again the day before. They called at 12:30 saying they won’t be able to make it until 3:30 or 4. 3:30 comes - no call/no show, 4:00 comes - no call/no show. I call them around 4:30 and they said they are still finishing their last job and are still in another state (45+ mins away) and couldn’t give me a time frame of when they would be finished. I live in a condo and my elevator time was restricted so I couldn’t wait anymore since I had already waited for 3+ hours.
