• I booked Imperial movers to pack 5 U-Haul boxes. I faced a couple of issues; 1) Communication was not clear. They reached out to me a week or two before the moving date and stated that they will contact me closer to the date, however, I didn't hear back from them again and had to call myself to get updates. Also, on the moving day, there was again no communication and I had to keep calling since they showed up a few hours late. 2) They packed the items roughly, no blankets were used to cover the furniture and almost all of the pieces arrived chipped and damaged. 3) They were very slow and spent the whole day just packing 4 U-haul boxes. 4) They charged me an extra $240 because the U-Haul location didn't have the trolley to carry 2 boxes at once so the mover had to go back and forth to get the boxes. I don't understand how it was my responsibility to pay for the extra miles. I paid them a total of $1700 for packing 4 boxes instead of the initial 5, which I feel was too much.

• Imperial Movers did an amazing job! They were quick and professional and took the time to take care of our items while being as efficient as possible. I'd recommend them to anyone.
