• This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. It began when I received a call from the mover assigned to me. He called to let me know he would be by himself to unload my UHaul at the storage unit. I let him know I paid for 2 movers because of the furniture and the amount of items I had. He said he didnt have any help, but he could bring his girlfriend to help. This was strike one. When I arrive, there were now two movers that was reassigned to me. These gentlement did not comprehend or communicate well, AT ALL. There was no language barrier or issue, they just seemed like they did not have any regards to time, caring for property (boxes stacked on boxes labeled fragile, holding the elevator for 30-45 mins from other storage unit guests, etc.), no efficiency. When I saw it was taking an extremely long time to unload and make it into the storage, I began moving things...which should not have happened. My dresser leg was broken, wall clock damaged. I do not recommend.
