The coordinator texted me the day before to confirm a time, which we settled on at 10 am for the next day. Moving day and they texted us 10 minutes in advance to our time that they would be running a little late. An hour later we texted for updates and they said they were running late and we could wait or cancel. As we could not unload a 26’ truck, we decided to wait. At half past 12 we get a text that they are finally on their way and will be there around 1.20. So our 10 am job started at 1.30 pm and we only needed them for an hour. This was a very disappointing level of communication. However, the two guys that unloaded the truck were incredibly friendly and even though there was a language barrier we made it work using Google translate and smiles ;) overall workers were 8 out of 10 and communication and punctuation was around 4 out of 10.
