These two young men were hardworking and eager, but this was their first job. They need experience and knowledge about many aspects of moving before they will be good. For example, they did not work well as a team, did not know what a bookcase or a dresser were, and did not know how to ease furniture around doorframes. However, they did get the truck unloaded in the specified time, didn't break anything, and did make a helpful suggestion about putting down paper so that they did not track dirt and snow onto the floor and carpet.
