Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The moving team took frequent and extended breaks during our allotted time causing not everything to have time to be moved. Their communication prior to the move was limited and the time of arrival changed frequently. They changed the appointment time a few hours before the start and then were 30 minutes late. Overall terrible experience and will not be using this team again.
Very professional and friendly providers. It was Father’s Day and the owner himself showed up with a helper to get the job done. They got in and completed the job quickly and packed the car in a way that our belongings come out undamaged. Highly recommended.
