SmoothMoves confirmed the appointment on Saturday 11/2/24 but then did not respond to my voicemail or text when I tried to confirm the day before the appointment on 11/5/24. They also did not respond again to my voicemail or text on the date of service 11/6/24 to be sure that they were coming.
