• We originally agreed on 1 PM. The movers did not show up until 530 PM. They were very friendly, communicative and polite. They took good care of my stuff. They picked up two U-Haul boxes, unloaded them, and then returned the boxes. However, they could only transport one box at a time with their car and hitch. So one person unloaded one box while the other one went to the U-Haul to get the second box. I wish they had told me that in advance, it caused nearly a two hour delay in the middle of the move. They did get the job done, but it took way longer than expected.

  Hi Hemi thank you for your review. The Uhaul where your Uboxes were located does not have the structure to do more then one Ubox at a time, so this is not our lomitation. Also you were scheduled for 3 pm, sometimes delay can happen due to external factor as long line at Uhaul, a moving that take more time than expected, and other situations
