DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrendous communication, arrived 3 hours late, moved slow as possible and didn’t finish the job. I had to reach out the day before moving because I never heard from these guys to confirm a time to meet even though I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. I was told 11 AM when I first called. Moving day is here and these guys are no where to be seen. Called and finally got someone to call me back. New time was 1 PM, they finally arrived at 2. I spent the time there loading boxes so all they had to do was load the furniture (1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture). 3 hours later they still aren't done. I eventually got kicked out of the storage place 5 hours after they arrived and I still ended up completing the actually loading myself! I would have been better off either doing it all myself or hiring a more expensive crew. You get what you pay for! In this case, I felt defrauded. I paid for 5 hours of help, should have only taken 2 hours.
