  • The start time was 1300. At 1140 they texted that they were running 30 minutes behind schedule. They contacted me again at 1345 that they were 10 minutes away. I appreciated their communication. When they arrived, they began work immediately, and only took a short break after they finished unloading the first truck and waited for us to move the trucks around to unload the 2nd one. It was extremely hot this afternoon. We had Gatorade and water on ice, and encouraged them to drink often. They were very appreciative of it. They were very friendly and professional, taking great care of our belongings. (We had some antique furniture items that were in need d minor repair before we moved) and they did their best to not cause more damage. I would recommend them for other jobs.
