• There are boundary issues with this company. They showed up with 4 people and said I could only have an hour for my payment of $223. Four people creates inefficiency-diminishing returns getting through doorways, etc. Unit was on first floor, almost directly in front of the main door. I backed the truck almost directly in front of the main door. I had to push the start to a later time, because I was not fully packed; they were great about this. I asked that everything be shrink wrapped. I was assured this would be done. It wasn't. When I arrived at my destination, I unloaded the truck myself, because I realized there were issues with these movers and I didn't want the movers at my destination for the unload unfairly blamed for anything. They crammed in delicate items with no shrink wrapping. They unplugged items without my permission and put them who knows where. They insisted on helping me pack, tearing things off hangers. It became chaotic. I didn't not want or need help packing.
