They were told to cover furniture with moving blankets. They ignored our instructions and now we have damage on several pieces to include antiques and family heirlooms. I know he heard me and my wife but he chose to ignore us. Also left large holes in the load which caused us to leave items behind. Cost to repair will exceed the cost for such poor service.
