• Nicholas and the guy he brought were both very polite and professional, unfortunately almost every piece of furniture they loaded is scraped, dinged, or ripped in at least once spot, multiple broken dishes in the boxes labeled fragile (the dishes could have happened on the drive but doubtful). They were extremely understanding when it came to the time frame and even stayed a bit longer to help with heavy stuff. Would be great for college apartments or people that don’t have vintage stuff, high quality furniture or fragile items.

  We highly suggest that customers check their furniture before landing and after loading. Every box customer has was loaded heavy and fragile. This is the first customer we've had a complaint from and I think the fact that he had to unload by himself was part of the problem because he didn't want to pay for extra time. Customer even helped us load as we took everything to the bottom of the steps except for the things he suggested we throw over the rail to make it easy. Not sure why he chose this but to any customer reading this please have straps available to secure items so they won't move during your drive because this guy had an awfully heavy load and there's no way he made it to where he had to go without that stuff moving and being damaged. We are just the hands and we state what is needed at the start of the job. One had one other move that day and everything went well and they had twice as much stuff as he did.

• Even with some hiccups with the truck(nothing to do with them) they were fast and efficient! Moved me from my third floor(no elevator) and handled my stuff with care and placed them in rooms I needed. Would hire again!
