  • They unloaded everything off of the truck as stated, however I needed assistance with putting furniture together, to which they agreed to do, and none of that was done. They also did not ask where furniture went once in the rooms and everything was haphazardly placed. It was a lot of work to organize everything since nothing was in the correct place inside the rooms.

    It was my fault for forgetting about the bed. And as far as furniture placement you only told us what rooms to place it in, not where in the rooms. So that was a miscommunication between us both. But I do apologize and am willing to come back and make it right if necessary.
