  • The truck was improperly loaded for interstate travel, our belongings were damaged, and the company failed to follow through after acknowledging the problem. I hired Master Movers through Moving Help to load a U-Haul from Manchester, NH to Philadelphia on June 27, 2026. Everything was already packed and staged. No straps were used despite available tie rails. Heavy boxes were placed on lighter boxes and furniture, gaps allowed cargo to shift, and weight was placed on the open lid of a century-old ice chest. On arrival, boxes were crushed, antiques were scratched, table components were damaged, and the ice chest hinges were bent. During a later call, the owner proposed a $500 Venmo payment and asked for six more days. I agreed, but no payment was made. Follow-up calls and messages went unanswered until I mentioned formal remedies. The company then reversed its position and referred the matter to Moving Help and legal channels. U-Haul could not locate a claim from Master Movers. I can

    Hello Ryan! Completely understand the frustration. Just to clarify, the crew that had serviced your property had provided evidence of the completion of the load when the service was completed. Any financial interaction completed outside the U-HAUL moving portal is a violation of U-HAULS guidelines. We hope for the best resolution as it is now conducted through the proper channels. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope for better relations for the future.

  • Ethan and Glenn were the biggest help to us in our move. Friendly and great communication. A spiral staircase and heavy furniture they did with ease and were so careful with our belongings to ensure everything was unloaded safely. If we ever need to move again we will 100 percent be hiring the help again and will recommend your services to anyone else moving.

  • Overall the movers did a good job. They were quite careful and worked hard on a hot muggy day. The movers needed to arrive 45 minutes later than scheduled and for some reason that call never came through - but it thankfully all worked out time wise.
