• Adam was in over his head. He is very personable and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the service begins and ends. His crew was so kind and tried so hard but the job was too much for them and they couldn’t finish.

  Hi Mary, I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. While I understand you were unhappy with the overall outcome, I do want to clarify a few key points. The original job was to unload only. Despite that, we went above and beyond removing old furniture from the house and cutting box locks after the keys were lost, saving you the cost of hiring a locksmith. These were not part of the agreed scope of work, but we handled them to help out. After we spoke, we made a clear agreement on what was to be finished. We completed those specific items as requested, and based on that agreement, you chose to release the payment code.
