They damaged two of my items and then refused to communicate with me, making it impossible to file a proper claim through the insurance I had paid for. If they had simply cooperated and provided the information I needed, I would have been able to submit my claim and be compensated for the damaged items. Instead, they chose to ignore my requests, leaving the issue unresolved.
