I would have prefered phone calls to texts, but they were great otherwise.

The only reason we do texting is to have the job on record. All the information given at the beginning of the job is the most valuable. If we have it in writing,texting, We can relay the information to other teammates. So they can be just as efficient and not miss a step. Also I work with over 20 jobs a week to remember all of them and what's in someone's house would be very hard. And i always ask after the initial information is given, if you would like to call me you can.
