• I asked for afternoon, they came 10 am too early we renting the truck at 10am. They did work fast but didn't do a good job arranging the stuff in the truck, half the stuff stayed in the storage and the truck was half empty. Didn't stack them right. Now good at all.

  Thank you. We apologize for the misunderstanding. However, you had 2 separate people talking with dispatch. When they spoke with your SON, he stated he wanted the earlier time. The truck was full; however, your boxes were not sealed nor were your items packed properly. We offered Packers, you said, NO. This made them unstable to stack properly. Please review the UHAUL explanation on how to wrap your furniture and pack your boxes. Lastly, you can also add hours if you needed the workers to reload your truck a second time.
