• The interaction started out difficult because the mover attempted to change the day of the move, citing the fact that he had scheduled too many jobs for that day. When I said no, he ended up changing the moving window that he had originally quoted me. When he and his helper arrived, his helper behaved erratically throughout the move. At the start of the move, I emphasized which items were priority, but he is still did not attempt to put those items onto the box until the end. I came outside to see that he had disassembled my desk without consulting with me first, stating that the desk would not fit. This was especially frustrating because the desk was one of the items I requested be loaded first. Overall, the experience was not one that I would repeat anytime soon.

  I was training someone new and was slightly frustrated with them if that was the erratic behavior youre referring too. And dissembling items is common practice. There was no way all the items would have fit otherwise. Frankly your energy was very negative from the beginning so I wouldnt want to repeat any time soon either. Appreciate the feedback

• I would highly recommend anyone in using Hamrick's Moving. They were patient with my needs and where I wanted things placed. They carefully handled all of my possessions and did the job in a timely fashion. Finding movers you can trust and feel comfortable with is hard in today's world so I am very grateful and will have them move my mother when she is ready.
