    They were really nice a communicative, but upon opening my boxes I realized that they unwrapped my white couch, took it apart, and then did not wrap it again before putting it into the ubox. It has a weird blue stain that looks like marker and several dark dirt stains now. Also, my second ubox wasn’t completely full, but when I opened it I noticed that they had just thrown a glass table in there (unwrapped) and threw a bunch of other stuff on top of it. It was a complete mess in that box and yet miraculously it did not break. I also had a pc (one of them even CONFIRMED with me that there was a pc in the box) and I saw that they stacked 3-4 heavy boxes on top of my pc. Job was done fast, but clearly, they aren’t very gentle and don’t care if things get damaged.
