Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I didn't receive a call until the day before thr move to inform me when the movers would be at my home. The guys seemed nice, but they were very careless. A hook was broken off the front door, almost every piece of furniture has some form of damage to it, and pieces were banged up on the way down the steps. I did tip the guys in cash, but had I known by the way they crammed all the furniture in the back that it would cause damage I wouldn't have tipped.
The movers were professional and made quick work of loading up our U-Haul. Thank you.
Communicated a delay in arrival in a timely fashion, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.
