• Chief Brothers accepted my last minute request for unloading experience at 5 PM. I realized that a desk that I purchased from a thrift shop was too heavy for my two adult sons and me to unload from the U-Haul box truck. Chief Brothers squeezed me in at the end of their day at 8 PM to not only unload the desk from the truck but to get it through an narrow office doorway and position it where I instructed them. They communicated periodically to inform me of their status and when they would be arriving. The frequent follow up phone calls put me at ease that they would come and get the job done. They were very polite and professional, and highly recommend them for small and large jobs. Thanks!

• DO NOT HIRE!!! SCAMMERS Save yourself the headache. The main issue here was the owner himself. He showed up 30 minutes late, complained the entire time, and somehow acted shocked by the workload, which was one couch and driving the truck. When booking, I specifically asked if he could drive the truck and handle the work, and he agreed. By the end, that same work was suddenly extra and accuses me of trying to take advantage of him and rip him off. He tried to intimidate me into paying him more money. If the owner can’t remember what he agreed to do and thinks intimidation is a business strategy. Book literally anywhere else.
