  We booked two movers for three hours to load and unload. Only one mover showed up, and it took two hours for us to help him load the U-Haul. When we finished loading, we asked him to follow us to the new address to unload, but he said we’d have to pay for an extra three hours. We reluctantly agreed, but then he ghosted us, stopped responding to our texts, and never showed up. Because of that, we were charged for four additional hours we didn’t receive and a late fee for the U-Haul return, since we (two young women) had to unload the entire truck ourselves. We had to rent equipment from Office Depot, adding even more unexpected costs, just to finish the job. I have a bad back, and this was incredibly stressful and physically demanding. Very disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism and accountability.

  Smoove Mooves

  Very nice, hard workers and did a good job, but my only issue was that they didn’t load the truck all the way to the top. They left quite a bit of room empty. It may have been partially my own fault though as I told them to focus primarily on the heavy furniture.

  This crew was the best! Jeanine reached out the day before to confirm logistics and they were very communicative on the day of prior to showing up. Two guys knocked out everything within the allotted time and didn’t stop moving the whole time! We thought our kitty got out but one of the guys found him. I’m impressed and will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers. Thank you Jeanine & crew!
