Movers were very nice and quick. However they poorly loaded the truck resulting in numerous items not making it on the truck. Which resulted to us having to rent another trailer and do the labor ourselves on the additional items. When I told the manager I wasn’t satisfied he seemed very defensive and turned the situation around onto me.

Literally it could have go well if you had properly material to provide for your move. would be nice if you point there is big mirror in the closet before crew start loading not until crew find out in the end of loading. Crew had been stay there for more than 2 hours due to wait on you for the truck and stayed until no more room left in the truck. only left was mirror, television is not in the box, 4 little things. your husband state he is more than satisfy before crew leave!
