  • They were on time and careful with loading and unloading things. They asked some questions to make sure I approve for an action. They were patient on communication. There were some issues. One helper was lying down my mattress. They couldn't carry a mattress with a clear mattress bag. I just did my research that it needs to be taped so it doesn't slip. I can smell the vape odor on their body. I got a little bit sick after smelling it. There are few other things that a helper went ahead without asking. Overall, the quality and efficiency were okay.
