  • I had to call to confirm that time as Parker never responded to me then his response was abrasive. On moving day, the movers showed up 30 minutes late. They put things in rooms we didn't say and assumed everything goes downstairs. We finished an hour early and I asked if I could get my hour back and they said no sorry. Parker, the one that I was communicating with said he would reimburse the money, but has not done so and it has been over a couple weeks now. Extremely unprofessional.
