    The scratch on the floor was not cause by us. We pride ourself to be very careful and respectable with customers belongings. The Customer brought the scratch to our attention 15 mins after the chair that we brought in was put on the side to take off tape from power cord. Cx was unhappy from the beginning when he was told that unused time was not refundable. He booked 2 hours at first and up on confirming job, he said he would like to add 2 additional hours. When movers showed up, Customer moving truck was more than half empty. Movers proceed to move around furniture from upstairs to Cx basement at cx request, then we proceed to unload truck.
