    Poor communication from the start. Movers showed up 5 to 6 hours late with no call until 3 hours after being late. It cost me 40 extra dollars for an extra day with the uhaul truck. The guys who showed up to unload my stuff were awesome! Very professional, polite, asked questions and did the job quick. The admin and schedulers need to learn to communicate better with customers. No one would have spoke to me if I didn’t call several times to confirm everything.
