  • I only subtracted stars because both of the two movers were deaf, and it was a little difficult to communicate effectively at times. My moustache made it hard for them to lip read what I was saying, and they had to be looking at my face in order to communicate. This was not disclosed on the mover's info ahead of booking them, and I think that it should be disclosed up front. I don't mean to disparage them by feeling that, because other than the communication problems, these two guys were absolute go-getters! They completed the load way faster than I thought it would take. Only reason I am not tipping is because they're getting 6 hours of pay for a 2.5 hour job, not because they were unsatisfactory.
