  These guys are lightning fast unloading a truck. Tackled my treadmill without a complaint. Amazing crew! I don’t want to move again, but if I do I’ll hire 5 Star Moving Labor for sure!

  I paid for 3 hours for loading and unloading between our two houses on the same street. The boss tells us that they will only load and unload once, and if it's under three hours then he will cashapp us a refund. He said they had another job they had to get to that was already scheduled (basically implying that they shouldn't have taken our job today because they didn't have the time to commit). While that was frustrating as we had paid for 3 hours and expected to have labor for that length of time, I wasn't going to make a big deal. Then, I noticed the two movers, who were nice and mannerly, were rushing. This rushing led to my almost new 85in den tv being busted and my brand new washer being dented in the front. Perhaps, they have some 5 star reviews under their, but now I am left with a broken tv and a dented washer...that's not five star to me. I would have rather them turned down the work then rush through and make costly errors.
