Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The communication throughout the process was very poor, and our move was rescheduled three different times. We were even referred to another service that ended up falling through, and when the movers did come, they arrived late. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
This company was able to take on an unload job at the last minute. They set up a work time and communicated well regarding their arrival. They took care with our belongings and were professional.
