• Booked a crew for 3 U-Boxes with a confirmed 10 AM start. I had reserved my building's service elevator. Nobody showed at 10. To keep the elevator, I carried nearly every box down 8 floors myself from 10 to 12.25, my 6-month-pregnant wife helping. One person arrived at 12.25 and kept saying more guys were coming. None came. He left at 2.40 for the third box, said back within the hour, stopped answering calls, and returned at 5.15 with a second person. He kept forgetting which items were going. Packing was careless (items tossed in, a granite slab fell out, bed frame parts thrown on the ground and scraped, armoire damaged). My wife saw them drop things when no one was looking. Rude all day, and pushed us to wrap up before the job was done. At the end he told me 'long day' as if I were his worker. A couple-hour job ended at 7 PM. I nearly hurt myself carrying the mattress and am still in back pain a week later. I paid $348 to do his work. Refund requested, none offered. Do not recommend.

  We are sorry to see you were dissatisfied with the experience. We strive for 5 star reviewed on every job. However, due to protocol we never provide exact times only time frames. You were scheduled for timeframe between 10am-12pm. Our crew arrived and completed the requested loading service, loading all of belongings into three U-Boxes despite the volume exceeding the expected capacity. The job was completed and the boxes were delivered as promised. Before leaving the property, we made sure photographs documenting the condition and placement of the items inside and outside of the boxes. At no point during the service were we made aware of concerns regarding rude behavior, damaged belongings, improper handling, or the work being incomplete. Had these concerns been brought to our attention while on site we would have made every reasonable effort to address them immediately.

• Great experience. The crew was prompt, polite, and extremely efficient at getting all of our furniture and boxes out of the house and securely into the container. They handled everything with care.
