I will not be using their servcies again. Almost an hour into moving, I notice one guy working by himself, so go out to see the other guy sitting down. i asked what was going on he said he wasn't feeling well. of course the time is ticking bc i paid for this. ok almost hour 1 2 they sent two other guys, ok, good 2 for 1. my only issue is as i went over an hour, someone from the office would call me and ask did I wanted her to add an hour on to the time, so i agreed so we did this two other times so im thinking its all good well speed it up to being finished with the move. i show them on my phone where the office increased the hours through moving help app by way of Uhaul. which was showing it was pending to come out of my account.The manager, believe, out of the group doubted me when clearly it showed pending so between me zelleing them monies separately to them they got an extra 100 dollors from me. The only one who seemed to understand my point was the office girl over the phone!!
