  I recently used Genuine Movers for my move, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They showed up right on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and handled everything with care, including a few fragile items I was worried about. What really stood out to me was how friendly and respectful the crew was throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but these guys made it feel easy. I’ve used a few moving companies in the past, but this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. Thank you to Chris and his team for making the process very simple

  The guys were INCREDIBLY helpful. They went above and beyond - they not only loaded my furniture and boxes, they carried my couch down 11 flights of stairs without a complaint, dealt with my elevator breaking WHILE THEY WERE INSIDE, helped when the uhaul truck died, and FIXED furniture I was moving and had previously thought to be beyond saving, all because they didn’t want to ruin my stuff. Not only that but they were incredibly kind and funny people, goofing while they worked but not stopping working while we chatted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
