  • Two movers arrived, on time, but one was trouble from the start. I guess he was new and hadn't been screened, he was swearing, angry, wasting 45 minutes arguing with his coworker. He demanded THAT I bring him water. Like, excuse me? Having adequate hydration in the summer when you're doing physical labor is common sense. He continually complained about how much sh!t I had. Thankfully the other mover was totally professional, called his boss and told the problem guy to get going. Then the guy has the nerve to demand that I call him an Uber. So he was removed, cursing, leaving the other mover to complete the job BY HIMSELF. They tried to get another helper out but by that time it was almost 7pm. What should have been a 2.5 hours move took over 4 hours. In the end the owner was very apologetic and accommodating, he did refund me a portion of the fee but I've never seen such a mental breakdown as that problem guy, and I have hired literally dozens of movers.

  • The gentleman that came did an excellent job at packing everything into the U-Haul. I was impressed they got everything to fit. They were very nice and great to work with.
