  • They were 3 hours late. I rolled with that, but as a result, they were rushed and careless with my belongs, damaging TEN items of furniture, including gouging my dining table by putting loose items on top of it uncovered, breaking a leg off a dresser, and scratching items. A bag of papers (that I said I'd move) was set outside in the rain. The owner ignored my texts with pics of the damage. I didn't realize Uhaul takes no responsibility for the companies it advertises. Vintage pieces that survived decades were ruined in one day.
