  • We booked a different company with MovingHelp 2 months in advance, but 5 days before our move, that company never replied to my confirmation message. MovingHelp then connected us to SmoothMoves who arrived on time and began loading immediately from our 3rd floor apartment. A hard-working team of husband and wife took care of everything without stopping for breaks. We had cold bottled water and soda at hand as they went by. Our U-Haul truck was loaded and ready for my husband to beat afternoon traffic up through the city for the trip crossing 3 states and 2 days. The truck was packed very securely, and everything arrived in great condition. I tipped generously in cash and included extra for their lunch.
