Vadym was excellent. There was an initial mix up on the part of U-haul, but Vadym took charge and quickly sorted it out before it became an issue. He got the job done asap, was professional, on time, and courteous. He communicated with me within 10 mins of me booking the moving help with U-haul to set the time of delivery. The mover was very careful with both my items, and with the equipment (dolly etc) on floors and doorways. I would confidently recommend him.
