Very professional, they were on time and experienced in loading and unloading. I wish there was an option to select 3 helpers when booking through U-haul.

Requested 3 helpers for 2 hrs. However, 2 helpers only showed up, and I asked them to stay for 3 hrs. One of the helpers was clearly under the influence of weed. During the move, I was so scared of my furniture getting damaged that I ended up helping the helpers. I was so disappointed with the service I received. I don't recommend them at all.I could not ask for a worse experience.
