I am greatly satisfied with my experience with this group as someone who just moved from out of state crossing time zones. My movers were Jay, Tonio, and Anthony. I just moved to West Town area of Chicago from Columbus OH, and I was having lots of difficulty with my UHaul's ETA to the city. My movers were very understanding of my difficulties when I called them hours before the scheduled arrival time and responded kindly when I asked for them to delay 2 hours. They worked swiftly and effectively in high humidity and heat unloading a large number of heavy items for a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment that required navigating a narrow curling staircase. I appreciated their great communication and teamwork throughout. They gave me their 100 percent even after having two intense jobs earlier that day. I plan to request their services again if I move anytime soon.
