I ordered two ubox, two were delivered but I only needed 1 to move my daughter out of her studio apartment. Unfortunately before requesting adjustment in payment i released the payment code to the mover. The mover said I could not be refunded the amount to load the 2nd ubox we didn't use because they still had to bring it and plan for the time to load it. I still gave them 5 stars because they were nice and worked efficiently. I just want others to be aware if you have uboxes you don't load, you will still have pay the loading fee.
