• I wish Felicia (the manager) called me and talked about the move instead of base the work off a text. I mentioned tables, chairs, dressers, and it was assumed they would be small and easy but a quick call asking about weight of furniture-boxes would’ve made move day much smoother. I was sent a couple kids who didn’t have experiences organizing-moving things and scratched-broke a bunch of stuff. The only reason it’s not all one stars is because Felicia did try to help when I expressed how stressed I was, and because she mentioned it was a nonprofit with the initiative to get kids off the streets. If I hire them again, I would definitely request the bigger guys that were more experienced for a smooth move.
