  Promovers was an A+ experience! They arrived earlier than they anticipated and communicated their arrival time in advance. They had a team of six men that were so efficient and wasted ZERO time, and had my father moved in half the time expected. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future!

  Angels Touch

  I had a very bad experience with this moving company. I had to file a complaint because multiple of my items were damaged in the process of moving. Yes the guys were fast but they were rushing so much, that a few of my items were also left in the U box which was sent back to the U-Haul warehouse, where they ended up throwing my stuff away. I have been trying to contact the movers in regards to this and had no luck. I called Angel and told him what happened and he said it’s basically the U-Haul workers fault for throwing my stuff away without calling me first but in reality if my stuff were not left In the ubox by his workers, then there would’ve been nothing to throw away to begin with. As for my damages, he still hasn’t addressed. After that Angel just stopped answering my texts altogether. I filed a claim with U-haul and Repwest, so hopefully, I can get some type of reimbursement but I doubt it due to me not purchasing the insurance. I will be escalating this if nothing is done.
