Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Julian and Miguel were fantastic! They were great with communication as soon as I booked, which was pretty last minute. They were professional, kind, and accommodating. They handled everything with care, asked where to put things if it wasn’t labeled, and even stayed longer than the time booked to ensure we got everything where it needed to go. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!
They were 30 minutes late but that’s not a huge deal. The communication was lacking, I had to reach out for locking down time and location and call a few times to see if they were on their way. Had a request to leave some room in the truck, which was easily doable. They said yes and then proceeded to put stuff all the way to the front, overheard a comment along the lines of we could deal with it when one of the guys asked the other about leaving room. But everything made it in the truck
