• Fernando and his counterpart showed up over an hour late. Fernando kept calling me saying he was almost there, but in fact, was not. He stopped to charge his phone and purchase a Subway sandwich. This was very unorganized and unprofessional. Luckily my boyfriend was there to do much of the moving, as Fernando was around the corner eating his subway sandwich. Fernando and his counterpart did not have a way to get to my new apartment for the unload, so I bought them an uber ride. He then tried to charge me for an extra hour at the end even though they were over an hour late to the job. He was nodding off in the elevator, half asleep or on drugs while my boyfriend was doing the heavy lifting. Do not hire these guys.

• I know I had to ask last minute, but I was assured that movers would be there at the time I asked. The majority of the load was done by myself, my elderly dad & his friend & my 18 year old son. The unload did go smoothly that the company sent but would have liked to have them load also.
