Other than a text asking if the movers would be loading, unloading, or both, I received no communication after booking. The booking form asked if I needed help moving a piano or a safe which I did not. I had a pool table, however, plus about a 1 bedroom apt worth of stuff. The guys did an adequate job, but they didn't speak much English which made communicating what we wanted difficult. They put the stuff in the truck poorly, so we ended up running out of room. After they left, we had to repack the truck more efficiently to fit the rest of our stuff. Biggest issue- I paid for 2 hours, and it took them less than 90 minutes. Afterwards, their boss texted me and said I should have told them about the pool table and that they wanted to charge me an extra $150 for that. How is that on me when they didn't mention pool tables on the quote form and no one ever contacted me to ask about my specific needs? Also, I already overpaid for the amount of time it took. No thanks!
