• Movers showed up high. Was extremely slow trying to extend the time and take pictures for the Safeload. The movers were very pleasant, but the owner only cared about getting his confirmation code to get paid. Even after telling him about the damages to my old apartment walls, door, stairs and in addition, witnessing them dropping items and aimlessly rearranging stuff multiple times slowly for no reason at all to extended the time. I paid cash for these extra hours and the movers did stay to finish. But the owner took advantage of me under distress to harass me for payment. Looking back I would not have released this due to all the damages. The movers then proceeded to smoke weed with my son afterwards. I sent multiple pictures to the owner and no reply. He had the audacity to offer a lower rate to put things together instead of for free because of all the issues. I wouldn’t recommend these guys if they did it for free. I never complain or write reviews but people should be warned

  Every day we strive to do better. In this particular instance everything isnt mentioned that transpired. The customers rental truck had issues on the road and when asked if there was anything we can do the workers went out of there way to call AAA and in the meantime find jumper cables to assist in getting the truck back running. This contributed to time in which the customer did not want to pay for. Up into this point no complaints were made. We know moving sometimes can turn stressful but we do our best to make the transition better.

• I had an okay experience with Anytime Solutions. I originally booked two helpers for two hours for unloading help. I had to reach out myself to schedule a time, and I also requested that they send three helpers instead. The person on the phone said that would be no problem and that I can pay the difference on the day of. On the day of my move, I received no communication from Anytime Solutions at all. I tried to call to confirm they were coming and my calls went straight to voicemail. I was concerned they would not show up at all. Later, I realized that the phone number for the company had for some reason changed on the Uhaul app. Only two helpers ended up showing up, with only one of them being on time. That helper was very good and did most of the work while the other didn't do much. Overall, it felt unprofessional, but my stuff ended up being moved into my apartment within the two hours, so it worked out in the end.
