  Incredible service! It seemed like the helper was having a bad day as he was a bit unfriendly. Still overall a great experience.

  Movers broke a piece of furniture in 2 places. When I called the coordinator, he tried to tell me the furniture was already damaged, he also told me that taking the job in Waterloo was a real difficulty, he told me I gave them the wrong number. I'd provided them with both my number and my husband's number, he came up with many different excuses. None of them legitimate reasons for why the broken furniture was not the fault of the movers and that I should just forgive them. While we booked for 2 hours on each side, the job took no more than an hour on each side and still lots of pushback when I asked to be compensated for replacing the not-very-expensive furniture. While the movers on the Toronto side were fantastic, the movers on the Waterloo side were... not good.

  U-Haul was not loaded in a way that best used all the available space which has caused us to not be able to bring all items. We are now having to make a second trip after spending $400 on a 26’ long truck. I could tell they were young and most likely still learning. The job was decent but there is room for improvement. Might be a good idea to pair this team with an experienced mover until they get the hang of it.
