  • I was scheduled for an appointment March 7 at 0930. Nobody showed up. I reached out and they said they booked it for March 8 in error. The soonest they could get there was 5 pm or before. I asked about a discount since the error was on the . No answer. Texted an hour before 5 to verify, no answer. 515 texted again since nobody showed up. Finally around 540 people showed up. They did an ok job. But the lack of communication from whoever was answering my questions texts was very poor. I’m very disappointed especially with the scheduling error and no offer to give even partial discount.
